Position Summary:
Agape Comfort Care Solutions is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media & Marketing Intern to join our team. This is an unpaid internship, but the right candidate will have the opportunity to be hired full-time. As our intern, you will gain valuable experience in the field of marketing and social media while contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute engaging social media content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and voice.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly.
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Marketing Support:
Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
Research and analyze target audience demographics and preferences.
Brainstorm creative ideas for marketing initiatives.
Track and analyze marketing campaign results.
Assist with creating marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and email newsletters.
Lead Generation:
Identify potential leads through social media and other online channels.
Nurture leads through targeted content and communication.
Assist with lead tracking and conversion.
Develop strategies to increase lead generation.

Requirements
Recent high school graduate or current college student/graduate with an interest in marketing or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
Creative and innovative thinking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Experience with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
